David Harris, EA, is the director of outsourcing operations for Xpitax, LLC providing cross-team coordination for all tax work. He has over 10 years of experience managing public accounting teams. David's primary role is to ensure quality compliance, facilitating client-team collaboration and overseeing training of the India accountants. David's strong background as a tax professional managing diverse teams at a large, national public accounting firm, makes him uniquely qualified to serve as the primary liaison between Xpitax’s U.S. clients and India-based professional staff.
Prior to joining Xpitax, David served as a tax manager at a Top 10 Boston-based firm for 13 years. His areas of expertise span tax, accounting and consulting services for real estate, manufacturing, architect engineering, retail and high net worth clients. In addition to tax compliance, he was responsible for onboarding and developing internal training programs for new hire orientation, quality control and technology strategy. David also provided oversight for the internal tax operations, working to enhance internal procedures, monitor workflow processes, and implement new tax applications.
